This fest consciously aimed at focusing on careers and professional choices available for the young, Employment seeking youth of United States of America. The main aim was to smell out befitting jobs for maximum number of people looking out for a suitable job.

Generally, whenever a state participates in arranging such an event, it is done to identifying and matching job needs and people seeking those jobs. But another major objective behind them is earning of revenue, revenue that gives a further impetus to employment as a goal.

This years fest really came out with something different. In the last few years, all such fests aimed at bringing typical jobs like Doctors, Engineers, chartered accountants, business analysts, auditors, lawyers, etc to the core. But no one has really touched Home Improvement related jobs as such and tried to take a go at their popularity. Somehow, this very instance, the fest seems to be trying to give an impetus to these unconventional fields also.

A Plumbing victory

The city, in which I live, has been quite helpful to me. I had started as a small plumber in this city. Today I own a big plumbing shop in the heart of the town. I have ten people who are working under me as plumbers. They are my permanent employees. Apart from this, I have some daily wage workers who work for me on call.

My each and every day work varies, depending upon the calls that I get for the plumbing issues. The plumbers who work for me are very skillful and they like to work under my guidance. Now, we have created a niche for ourselves in the town and we are planning to expand our business to other parts of the state also.

I went abroad to study plumbing and apart form this; I enhance my plumbing skills regularly. This is mandatory in order to sustain competitive markets. So far so good, things are happening nicely for us. In fact, the daily wage workers who work for me also have a great experience with me.
