This can occur when the water is changed to gas by the accumulator. The gas used is a mixture of hydrogen and oxygen, also called brown’s gas, which is then fed into the engine.
The hydrogen and oxygen is produced by changing the water using electrolysis. Electricity breaks the H2O into browns gas. This hydroxy is used by the engine to make energy. This power replaces some of the fuel the machine needs.
The replaced petrol is how the system lowers the overall cost of the petrol used, and saves you cash. Less cash and petrol is a green saving.

The future may mean engines use very little fuel. If an engine uses diesel, and has the hydroxy added, it will improve that machines consumption today. Which would mean you get more energy and pay less money.
